In the quiet La Sauzaie neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this single-story house offers 85m² of living space and an enclosed garden.
You enter directly into the open-plan living area (approx. 35m²) which includes a kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven, 4-burner gas stove, range hood), a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard), and a lounge area (2 sofas, coffee table, flat-screen TV).
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): one double bed (140cm) + wardrobe and en-suite shower room (shower, vanity unit, and washing machine).
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90cm).
Bedroom 3: one double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
A hallway leads to a separate WC and a second shower room (shower, sink, and towel warmer).
The living area is open-plan: at the front of the house, it opens onto a pleasant paved terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers).
At the rear of the house, there is a paved courtyard with a garden shed.
The garden is fully enclosed. Parking for two cars is available on the property.
This simply decorated house is functional and will be the ideal base for a holiday with family or friends. Pets are welcome in this rental.
