Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet and sink.



A bathroom with a shower is located on the second floor. The cottage offers a private courtyard and a garden.



The beach is 9 km away, and the property is close to Les Pieux, where you will find many shops and a supermarket.



During the winter period, utilities are not included.
