Host never sent arrival info and didn’t respond to me or Vrbo. Left my family with no place to have our time together after flying in from across the country. The outside is decrepit compared to photos.

Never Again

Host never returned my messages. Could not get into the house because the host did not send the door code. I will never book with this host again. Had to find other accommodations. Very disappointed with the whole situation.
