The dining area provides seating for four, and with tea and coffee readily available, you can enjoy a leisurely meal or brunch at your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a plush double bed and a sofa bed, both outfitted with fresh linen and towels for every guest. The studio apartment is located on the outskirts of Brighton, it's really close to the stunning South Downs so it's perfect if you like walking or cycling and taking in the fresh sea and country air.



The most notable thing about Woodingdean is its incredible views to the south over the South Downs to the English Channel and the number of pleasant walks there are to do in the area:

- To the west it is a short walk to Brighton

- To the northwest there are downland paths to Bevendean

- To the north there are walks from Upper Bevendean Farm to Falmer Hill

- To the east of the Falmer Road there are walks to Newmarket Hill and into the historic Falmer parish as well as east towards Kingston near Lewes through Newmarket Bottom and the remarkable Castle Hill Local nature reserve.



There are convenience stores within 2 miles of the property and Brighton has everything you might want or need during your stay.
