This bright and spacious Victorian terrace has been lovingly renovated throughout and is the perfect base for your stay in Brighton—whether for a weekend break, family holiday, or longer visit.

The home features four beautifully decorated double bedrooms, spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find three double rooms, including one with French doors opening directly onto a pretty garden.

The large front bedroom includes two additional guest beds, allowing the house to comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. The top floor boasts a peaceful loft conversion with an additional double bedroom and bathroom.

Freshly updated, the house has two modern bathrooms (one with a full bath and overhead shower, the other with a walk-in shower), plus a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open-plan lounge/dining room includes a 50" smart TV with Sky, and free WiFi throughout. Three of the bedrooms also have smart TVs for your convenience.

Step outside to a sun-trap garden with outdoor seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Smoking is permitted in the garden area only.

🅿️ Parking: Free on-street parking is available a short walk away (Davey Drive), and parking vouchers for nearby on-street parking may be available upon request.

🚏 Transport & Location: The house is incredibly well-located—just off Lewes Road, with a bus stop seconds from the front door and Brighton Station just a 10–15 minute walk. You’re also a flat, 15-minute stroll from Brighton’s iconic Lanes, the beach, Pavilion, and a fantastic selection of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. No hills involved!

A great house for a family break in Brighton

Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. There’s a wonderful play park nearby and buses were an easy way for avoiding the return walk for a tired toddler. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms was useful so no one had to wait for a shower. Both showers good and very well cleaned. Thank you for providing soap and cleaning products . Plenty of TVs to suit everyone. Host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a great time.

Weekend away

Highly recommend this property. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and modern with everything you could need. Plenty of space to socialise inside and out. Babs was always quick to message when I was making my booking and with how to check in etc. Short walk into Brighton centre, bus stops just outside property with plenty of buses avaliable. Thank you Babs for a great weekend, we really enjoyed staying in your house.

Wonderful host!

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk into Brighton Centre and easy to find. Babs made the entire experience smooth and hassle free with excellent communication throughout. Even taking the time to text us during our stay to recommenced a local festival, which was fantastic! If ever you’re staying in Brighton during Patchfest, I highly recommended it. Thank you Babs 😊

Needs New Furniture

The living room furniture is very very old. You kinda sink into it. You will end up parking several blocks away. But that's typical for any home in this area. Just mentioning this if you are coming by car. The owner is very nice.

A fantastic property perfect for our group holiday weekend.

Babs made everything incredibly easy and nothing was too much trouble. There was more than enough space for 8 of us. The house was clean and nice and comfortably decorated to have a really homely feel. We would definitely return! The location is really convenient with close access to the centre, a large supermarket and of course the water front. 100% reccomend

Lovely house for a stay in Brighton!

Brilliant weekend stay in this lovely Brighton house! The house was easy to find, unloading the car was a bit tricky as its on the main road but found plenty of places to park not too far away. The house is very nice and spacious, had everything you would need clean towels, tea, coffee etc. Very easy and quick to get down to the seafront either on the bus from just outside or taxi. Overall a really lovely and reasonably priced house for a stay in Birghton! Very nice owner Babs - so helpful right from the beginning and very easy to contact.
