Two single beds were requested for children. Management said request on availability which is fine. When we arrived, the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in attached was made up as the singles. This room was not appropriate for children. I had to physically undo and remake all beds to accommodate. The body wash soap in the ensuite was not filled and only two face washes were supplied for a 4 person apartment. Roll blinds, although block out in the bedrooms, do let quite a large amount of street light in. Apartments across the street keep lights on all night so lit up the rooms. The floors were not cleaned well and felt and looked grubby. I found a vacuum in the cupboard which I proceeded to clean the floors however the vacuum had hardly any suck to clean properly. A disappointing stay but close enough to where we needed to be. Check in was streamline. I’m sure some of our issues could have been rectified by management if alerted.

Lovely new apartment complex which has all the amenities and walkabout to lots of food and attractions. Only downsides ware the pillows and the kitchen was sparsely outfitted. The pillows were all big show pillows no options for slim line or smaller pillows so we all woke up with bad necks each morning. I would say this is one of the most important things about the stay - sleeping comfort, so hopefully this is looked at.

Room was a bit disappointing. Bathroom shower had mould. Lounge is very old and uncomfortable. Ironing board doesnt stay up. Iron has seen better days but worked. Rubbish found down side of couch cushion. Staff were great and pool was lovely. Really good security to property

Overall a good / value for money stay in a great location with easy access to numerous cafes (great breakfast options!) and walking proximity to South Bank. The property was in good condition and has all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The only shortcoming was the cleanliness was below average - the ceiling fans / window rails / curtains were notably dusty, and notable dirt between gaps in toilet / kitchen counters.

The property has everything you need for a family stay. We were able to check in early (though our 2 king beds changed to a king and a queen). Parking was a very tight fit for our spot, but office staff was helpful and found us a different assigned spot when asked. The apartment was not supposed to be serviced, but we were offered a mid stay clean (declined as we had children asleep). It would have been helpful to have a dustpan and broom and a decent sweeping broom, to better help us clean the apartment ourselves. Kitchen supplies were pretty limited, some basics, like egg flipper, and small sharp knives were missing. Water jug broken The laundry was great, lounge and balcony great. The clothes drying rack was appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and the cupboard space and bathrooms fantastic
