Average stay, price high for the stay.

This is a nice property with nice amenities (which we did not use). The room was very sparse in furnishing, colour, or atmosphere. However, it had a nice view, a comfy bed, and had a well-appointed kitchen. The only issues were minor being no coax cable to the television meaning no free to air (we don't do pay tv apps). And the ceiling fans were absolutely filthy with layer of dust visible from the floor. It is not a full-service hotel/apartment, and the reception is only business hours. We stayed here as we had friends booked here. Would we stay again, No, it is expensive for the quality you get and the service at the front desk is hit and miss depending on who is manning it. Shop around guys.

Long Weekend Charity Run

Initially confused about car parking fees! I attempted to remedy with your online chat, a waste of time. Repeatedly responding with same we are looking at it. So 72 hrs out from arrival still no answer. However the check in staff acknowledged that in very small print they found my entitlement. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately not a single clock nor radio in apartment. Very noisy from traffic in local area, we were 8 floors up, so disappointed. When accessing lifts from apartment to either reception or under ground car park, there were dogs barking in apartments. Yet one of stated rules was no digs allowed? Reception staff on weekend were very helpful and particularly pleasant.

Good location with amazing views. Reception staff were lovely and friendly. But, the apartment was so sparse and poorly fitted out. Had to request a kettle, toaster, hangers and patio furniture. Kitchen had less than adequate utensils and pans. Felt like zero thought had been put into guest experience and certainly no pre-arrival check was done. Disappointing for the price. Wouldnt return

Fantastic views of the city. Spacious apartments

Apartment was very spacious with excellent views of the river and city from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Ideal location too - about 6min walk to South Brisbane train station and about 15min walk to wheel by waterfront. Everywhere was clean and tidy but…. Extra pans would’ve been good. Extra tea towels would’ve been handy! A fob per person for using the lift! Lifts are super slow so be prepared to be waiting a while! The gym and pool were a fantastic addition however, no water or towels in the gym and no wipes to wipe anything down. Also didn’t look as though the gym got cleaned daily.

The apartment was nicely decorated but very dusty (triggered my and another guest's hayfever). Other than that, it was tidy and comfortable. Pool was great! Walkable to dining options and exhibition centre.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants and the south bank area. We had an apartment on the 11th floor with a good view of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The apartment itself was basic and kind of bleak with no decor to speak of. We were given 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel for 2 people for 5 days. Washer & Dryer in the unit, thankfully. The shower door leaked and there was a large puddle on the floor after every shower. It was clean, however.

City views make for a great stay

I like staying there. The views are excellent and it's very convenient to the city, Southbank and Suncorp Stadium. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the two single beds pushed together as a king bed. The room wasn't made either.

City views were great, walk to the city or along Southbank. Nice sauna, gym and the pool is a decent size. All in all the apartment was nice just the hot water for early morning shower was lacking.
