I wonderful place to stay at, great location for easy access to bus and train stations. Some dining around. Would have been nice if the spa and a long day of shopping or sight seeing.

The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated and the bed wasn’t very good needs a new mattress. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it’s rather flimsy and not useable. Also could put some info in the room about the area and how to use some of the things like the oven and washing machine.

Didn’t find the place very clean, bathroom had mould around the bottom. Very hard to navigate the hotel. Bed very uncomfortable and pillows were horrible. Was ok for a short stay, would like to be there for a week or longer.

Very nice apartments with amazing city views and all the amenities you could need! I would ask in advance about the parking if you have a car. It was confusing to find at first, but was easy to use once we figured it out

We were given the wrong room and didn't have enough beds and waited for an hour on hold on the phone. In the middle of the night they moved us to another property in Brisbane and still have not been refunded our parking.

This is pretty much my worst staying in Brisbane, the hotel sound proofing was bad that you can hear people talk next door, the towel was not clean, have stain in it, the room do not look like the one showing on the advertise, I also don’t like how they provide this really tiny table with one chair when you have two people, we had to sit on the side of the bed to eat our food, or we had to stand near the kitchen bench to eat, it’s unbelievable, I have ask if I can get a upgrade with my Expedia gold membership and got rejected that I’m not eligible for it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very good location, the apartment had good view and layout (rented 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) The building is walking to West Village with restaurants, cafes, salons, shops, grocery stops etc Also a good yoga studio within walking distance. Walked to the riverside and to queens streets over weekend. If the price is reasonable, I will definately stay here again.

Emergency evacuation on our own.

Was plesant enough but room was over the pool which was very noisy with yelling in the evening, so unable to enjoy our balcony of an evening. Woken by fire alarm at 2am, no fire wardens or staff to be seen. Called security for instructions, only to be told busy and hung up on. Only instructions were from the firemen when to return to our room.
