Capri by Fraser Hotel in Brisbane, a four-star luxury establishment, surpassed my expectations during my overnight stop on the way home. The lobby is unexpectedly compact, yet the staff are friendly and efficient. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on a higher floor. Despite the subway construction in the adjacent block, my room remained completely silent! My room showcases a modern design featuring dark grey and black color schemes, complemented by a vibrant tropical forest green. As a frequent business traveler, I value the spacious desk with an ergonomic chair, a convenient kitchenette, and a cozy bed. When I travel, I love to explore the local neighborhoods. I took the AirTrain from the airport to Central Train Station. To reach Capri, I walked six blocks along Albert St, a pedestrian mall filled with shops, pubs, and eateries. I can't wait to visit Capri again during my next trip.

Perfect for a short stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Queen Street Mall. The gym and sauna are great additions. However, a few extra in-room amenities would have been a nice touch. Overall, a great experience!

My wife and I stayed at Capri for 2 nights in Brisbane. Very easy to get to from Central Station from the airport. The hotel is very clean and modern and in a great location relative to bars and restaurants, and very central to exploring different parts of the riverfront. The staff were very friendly and our room was ready on arrival, I would definitely stay again!

Nice enough generic apartments, comfy large bed, nice bathroom. Negatives would be poor pod coffee & when we first got to our room it hadn’t been really well cleaned as there was a face mask behind the bed with lots of dust & other mess.

I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser Brisbane and had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I checked in, which made a great first impression. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. When I entered my room, I found that the towel rack was not properly secured and came off when I tried to use it. The room phone wasn't working, so I had to use my mobile phone to contact reception. The espresso machine in the room was also not functioning, which was disappointing. I was offered a room change and was upgraded to a higher floor, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had similar issues, including a non-working bedside light and a empty tissue box. These issues detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bed sheets were not properly fitted, and the mattress was partially exposed, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had to request additional flat sheets to sleep more comfortably. On the positive side, the pool, gym, and sauna facilities were excellent and helped me relax. The staff remained friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, while the facilities and staff at Capri by Fraser Brisbane were wonderful, I believe that with better attention to detail and regular checks, such inconveniences can be avoided. I hope that my feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.
