This hotel is very badly in need of an update. For what we paid I would have expected something slightly better and at least cleaner. Carpets were very badly stained and dirty, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower kept going from warm to cold, back to warm and back to cold the entire time. The only real saving grace is the convenience of the location

Reception was great. The room looked good but was very dusty. I moved a bedside table to plug a charger and I'd suggest housekeeping move stuff around when cleaning rooms. There was a wet spot on the carpet next to the bed. I think the bar fridge condenser is leaking. This gave the room a moldy smell. The inside bathroom door handle was dodgy. I had to swipe myself out when leaving the room in order for the door latch to work properly. You should fix the ceiling in the L8 hallways. Leaving ripped out plaster to access (I assume) leaking pipes looks very unwelcoming. The AC was really noisy when turned on.

The first room had no room what so ever and of course no where to put your suit case. A bath with shower in it not a thing to hold on to, very dangerous. Next room was better regarding shower, plus I could walk around my bed but the carpet was in quite a state with stains and very worn out. I enjoyed the restaurant next door, luckily it was not owned by the hotel. The Hotel did have lovely thoughtful staff. no room

Lovely young lady on Reception gave service with a smile and was very helpful. Even though the double bed room was small it was extremely clean with all the essentials to make a comfortable stay. The Smart TV was an impressive size. We had a room away from the main road, so found it quiet and didn't hear any neighbours. The double bed and pillows were very comfortable. Husband and I were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. THANKYOU!
