The signage to get to this hotel is abysmal. Wandering around a dark multilevel carpark with luggage at midnight is less than ideal. The room is incredibly basic for the cost. Pillows felt like k-mart quality. Would a dimmer switch in the bathroom be too much to ask for so I don’t have to have a 6am shower in blinding light? Insult to injury, they want to charge you 8 dollars (per person) to take a shuttle to the international terminal in the morning because Brisbane airport has the user-friendliness of the returns counter at IKEA on a Saturday. I walked back to the domestic terminal and took the train, which should be free but isn’t, out of principle. Overall a piece of crap hotel at a piece of crap airport. I’ll continue to fly out of Melbourne in the future.

Key did not work in lift. Had to drag bags back to front desk. Received two new keys only one worked. No shuttle to rental car center had to walk back to hotel. Shuttle to airport only stops at far end for virgin flights, qantas are other end and airport us under construction making it difficult to maneuver. Air conditioning was out in restaurant and it was very hot and humid. Ordered food but had to take to the room to eat. AC was restored by breakfast and buffet was amazing.
