Firstly this hotel deceives you into thinking this is the Ibis at the airport. IT IS NOT! It is 30-45 minutes away from the airport! This building should also be condemned! It wouldn’t be worthy of someone in a third world country. It is not the hotel I thought I was booking and the rates should be less than $50 a night for the quality of this place! Once I got my confirmation and saw the address I knew immediately I had the wrong hotel. So I messaged to have my reservation transferred to the correct one and I was met with a rude response telling me there were no refunds! This so called “hotel” is beyond horrendous! Dirty, old, rundown, shower head has water coming out of the arm in 6 places! Rude staff & so loud as it’s next the main road so you just hear cars all night. It feels like a prison would be a better place to be than this! How it is still operating is beyond me and I would suggest anyone thinking of staying here to NOT because it’s deplorable!

Included continental breakfast was not included when I went to have the selection of toast. No bath mat in open plan bathroom and there was dark hair all over the shower and shower curtain. I am unsure if they shave black bears when the rooms are not booked.
