Very good apartment hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Our one bedroom suite was very large and we also had two big balconies. There was a very efficient daily maid service and a full kitchen. The area is very safe, convenient to downtown and the river ferries, with plenty of restaurants, bars and a great bakery. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi is a little underpowered if you want to stream any services

Very comfy large beds with great pillows. Great location with a bar and restaurant opposite and quick walk over kangaroo bridge to main restaurants and shops or leisurely walk 25 mins to the stunning Southbank. Loved plentiful free on site parking. Hassle free stay. Would recommend this hotel.

We consider ourselves so lucky to have found this little gem in the heart of Brisbane. Large roomy apartment with comfy king bed , kitchen, and balcony overlooking greenery and city views. Safe parking in garage under building. Walkable to everywhere including the beautiful botanical gardens. Our check in clerk was so incredibly nice. Highly recommend!

I had a one-night stay before flying home out of Brisbane Airport. The welcome at Il Mondo was warm and friendly. They were very accommodating of my early arrival, especially on a holiday. The hotel is well placed for walking around central Brisbane or for taking the CityHopper up or down river. My only complaint was the use of a scented reed diffuser in the room itself — one, I didn’t like the scent, and two, it’s not really best practices for asthma/allergy.

This place was great.. only negative, a lot of noise from the Storey Bridge Hotel… but it was New Years Eve so it was all part of the experience. Hosts are lovely.
