When I did the "After- Hours" check in my husband & I were only given 1 key in the drop box so this meant only 1 person could leave the apartment. There was NO staff there until Monday morning. I find this a bit strange.. The apartment itself was perfect & was in a great location.
This property needed a little TLC in the bathroom. Patch work in plaster not finished obviously to cover holes. Mould in silicone etc around shower. But otherwise great location. Walking distance to City and West End. Plenty of dining options around. Would stay sgain.
Poor condition apartment. Wardrobe smelled of mildew. Bathroom grout looked mouldy and door frame rotting at floor level.
Bed was comfortable and good location.
Our bedroom needs a few light switches and PowerPoints fixed. The bedside tables need a good dust and there was mould growing in the joints of the glass bricks
Clean & basic accom. Close to the Convention Centre & South Bank (walking distance). Plenty of dining options close-by. Onsite parking is great & free. Unit was spacious and clean; good value for a work trip. I’d return again.
Absolutely love this property. So close to the Brisbane Convention Centre, close to West End and to lots of cafes and bars.
I will definitely book here again next time I am in Brisbane.
The room was run down; walls were patchy different shades of paint. The pullout bed/sofa was broken, the end of it was on an angle, ready to collapse. The pull out bed/trundle was not locked into the sofa due to it being broken. The table was cheap and nasty, the legs were very flimsy as were the seats. The TV's were old fashion TV's, not smart TV's therefore no chance of watching Netflix, Kayo or anything like that in the evening. Spoke to the Manager and he said email the company. Location was great, they just need to better present the place, update the furniture and TV's and paint the rooms properly.

We were a little dissapointed with the facility - Not only was the room not stocked with conditioner or wine glasses, but the tea and coffee was terrible also.
The room was incredibly noisy also, between doors staff and traffic outside.
I also had placed some personal items into one of the bins in the bathroom - unaware that the staff would enter and bin them .After contacting assistance firther for this outside hours, I was sent a text telling me to 'Dumpster dive' in the communal bin to retrieve my items!! I should be invoicing you for the loss of the items.
