Loved my stay, just not a fan of digital key and i had trouble with password. Having said that i found a physical key once in room that was easy to organise. Everything else was amazing especially the full size fridge

Good location and nice new property but Cleaning needs more attention to detail, previous guest leftovers still in the fridge, they changed the sheets once during stay & left some of the dirty bedding on the floor in the corner. Blond hairs on floor. Tv frequently turned off while I was watching it & also turned itself on randomly sometimes in the middle of the night

Never Again

Never again, from the payment fiasco where they already have your card and they send an email for you to pay on the day of travel or when travelling 2 days before travel and then a text saying you haven't paid, when you are flying you don't get these notifications or when driving long distances. The body wash that was empty before the first shower leaving questions on the cleaning professionalism. Then the super key app failed, anyone over 60 not familiar with computer would be in trouble. The garage door that never closed and the controller in such a stupid position that someone cleaned it up with their car. Then my car was broken into on the last night, I have asked for a credit on parking so we will see what happens here. I travel a lot and didn't follow my golden rule, never stay somewhere that there isn't a front desk. The place was very nice but poorly managed, too many things went wrong and I will never again stay there or without somewhere with a front desk.

Very clean and spacious room. Beautifully presented. We had difficulty with the digital key but the pin pad worked well. Bit noisy at night on the Gabba side. TV was playing up and its difficult to get hold of anyone to help at night as its all online contact.

Amazing place to live. Very clean. We came from Canada and had a brilliant stay at Rambla Story House. Spacious rooms. Only thing I would recommend is the presence of reception. Overall amazinh stay and easy to communicate on the phone.

The views from the roof top pool were great! I was able to enjoy the sauna and views of the city in the evening. I was surprised that there was housekeeping during our stay, but enjoyed it. There was a washer/dryer combo as well which was very nice for us to have clean clothes at the end of our trip. There are two fobs so you have to be attentive to which one you enter the code or the lift won’t work to the floor you’re trying (one is the roof only and I didn’t realize it so I would sit there for 20 seconds before I realized why I wasn’t moving). I also didn’t see the lift when I went into the parking garage so I had to walk out the way we drove in with luggage which isn’t terrible. It is a tight turn when entering the parking area to go down to the parking area though. It is about a 10 min walk to a Cole’s to get groceries and a few different stores. But there is McDonald’s and kfc and 7/11 not far. Overall I would stay here again.

The property us wonderful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The bed is terrible and super hard. Stayed 4 nights and it took 2 days to get someone to understand my request to help make the bed softer. They dont have toppers or thicker mattress protectors. They did end up putting blankets on but that was after i complained 3 times. Housekeeping is NOT the problem. They are lovely. Its the customer service staff on the app or phone call that never got it right. Email is best but I still had issues there. Communication overall is terrible. Dont think we'll stay there again next visit to Brisbane but if you like rock hard beds, the place is great and has a fantastic view of the City abd Gabba.
