Amazing time staying at Rambla @ Story House. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Brisbane. 10/10 facilities - I had no idea how much I'd need a pool and workout equipment. Rooms were modern and spacious. I was sceptical about receptionless check in but it worked a treat.

I think the rooms require more plates/bowls/cutlery. There is a dishwasher, however it cannot be used with a group of more than 2 people as there arn't enough plates and bowls to go around. The height of the rooftop walls was concerning as well, we felt unsafe with our children close to the edges.

Excellent and easy to check in and organise pre arrival! Place was clean and there was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board with some closet storage and fridge. Perfect location - walk to Cole’s, cafes and bars.

This was like a home from home for us as we were having the bathroom done. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we had to make an extension twice. Not even having to move, just kept to the same room. The property is very new and more important not a lot of sound got in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place near The Gabba

We had a great experience and the host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that one of the guests next to us was smoking in his room but they said they would deal with it. Also, our code to the door seemed not to work properly. We had to put the code at least 3 times before it worked.

We were not informed that before you arrive that you need to complete on online form in order to access the property. It took us an hour and half to get into our room after a long flight. The TV in the room did not work as there was no antenna connection. Despite several reassurances that this would be resolved we eventually received an antenna on the day before we left the property. This is an extremely noisy area of the city with construction work next door. Throughout the night alarms would go off and we would often hear police sirens. We got very little sleep throughout the whole time we we there.

We had a great stay. Great facility. close to everything. The only downside was that checkout was 10am but we got a knock at our door at 8:50 from the cleaner wondering when we'd be leaving. Just a bit strange.
