This property is unique to an ongoing seminar, which I attend a couple of times a year, it offers food/restaurant within, coffee and beverages, buffet breakfast, has been a fantastic meeting place for family. It's very close to the river and botanical park, which I thoroughly enjoy visiting when I come across from Victoria. It's very comfortable. The facilities are clean. And the swimming pool is very enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Great stay

Great hotel with lovely staff. Early mornkng arrival and they helped by looking after cases and sorting us out with tiwels for the pool etc. At one point, we got caught in terrible rain so they arranged for extra towels in the room etc. Bar staff were lovely to my child, there was always a surprise chocolate waiting for her!

Great location next to the Botanic gardens, the river and lots of restaurants. It's a bit dated but has a charm as a result. I'd stay again.

Liked the location being across the road from the botanic gardens. Was quite dirty in the room and complex, empty tissue box was never replaced, water pressure was not consistent, broken toilet roll holder fell on my young child so I had to take it off (it was dangling precariously) but housekeeping kept putting it back instead of getting someone to fix it.

We love the location and service but it does need some care. We had trouble with the TV and the PowerPoint behind the tv cabinet was falling out of the wall and it was very dirty back there! Otherwise it was great, as usual.

Nice stay for conference

Staying for a seminar. The location is excellent at the city of Brisbane. It’s across the park 5 minutes to the bridge to walk over to the other side of the river. About 15 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. It’s 7 minutes to the plaza full of shops and restaurants transits close by 15 minutes walk to the newer casino. The hotel staff are friendly. Good environment for conference and vacation stay as well.
