I’ve always wanted to stay in this hotel for a few years so finally stayed last night with my partner Joshua really nice hotel overall but just very disappointed on the final products for something called the future and it’s very dated but lovely staff nice and clean

Free parking outside the congestion charge was a bonus! Breakfast staff super friendly. Close to the shopping centre and easy walking to the city centre. Overall an enjoyable stay

The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to parking, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times but the rooms are starting to look a bit tired and in need of some TLC/refurbishment.

Future Inn hs been my perfect choice for hotels in Bristol for the last few years for various reasons. First of all, their customer service is excellent, very polite, professional, and helpful. Breakfast is very good quality with plenty of choices. Tables get cleared and cleaned straight away. Rooms are very clean and tody. Most importantly, this is one of the rarest hotels offering 2 Queen size beds in a room which help families stay together in asngle room rather than getting splitted up into 2 rooms. Also, the room we stayed is on the side of a very busy road but it was almost sound proof that we didnt hear any sound of traffic disturbing our sleep. Beds are very comfy. We slept very well. Finally, the free luggage storing facility is very helpful when you checkout early. Located right opposite to Cabbott Circus shopping centre is the icing on thd cake. We whole heartedly recommend Future Inn.

Central position. Welcoming . Rooms comfortable although sink tap in room 301 was a little loose. A bath mat as routine would be helpful as opposed to a small notice saying they're available on request - only seen as getting into shower! All staff were smart and helpful. Dinner menu was extensive, meal well cooked and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a large range of items available but plates for the hot choices were cold and the food was only lukewarm. Disappointing after the standard of dinner. The included, free parking was a tremendous bonus. The hotel is worth a stay despite the above observations which could be easily and inexpensively rectified.

Lovely stay

Very comfy queen beds, good amenities. Excellent location. Only thing i think would have made it better would be better quality toilet paper. Were also a little disappointed that there were no bathrobes like in the photos. But such minor things, very happy.
