The staff was so wonderful and helpful. The hotel is older/dated, but clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the train station and walking distance to the bus station. The neighbourhood was safe even when coming back late at night. Many amenities nearby.

Brilliant location, close to Temple Meads Train Station and the buses. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were great, clean and tidy, cleaned regularly and had all the basics covered. Breakfast was great value, good selection included cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit as well as cereals - set us up for the day. Would definitely return and would recommend.

Very close to Temple Meads Station. Good bus connections. The hotel is fine for a short stay but no more. The room was clean though i found the bed not to my liking. Breakfast good

Felt welcomed and comfortable. Tv didn’t work but a team member checked the power and then the remote and eventually replaced the Tv. Very quick and efficient. As I walk with a stick a staff member helped load my breakfast plate and on the second day remembered what I chose the previous day and asked if I wanted the same. Very helpful indeed.
