📝 House Rules

Respect Quiet Hours – Quiet time is from 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. 🎶

No Wood Stove Use – Renters are not permitted to use wood stoves.
Furniture Safety – Keep all furniture a safe distance from baseboard heaters when in operation. 🔥
Trash & Litter – Dispose of all garbage, bottles, cans, cigarette butts, and food scraps in designated trash containers only. 🚮
Plumbing Care – Only toilet tissue may be flushed. No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products (even if labeled “flushable”). 🚫🧻
Temperature Requirement – Maintain heat at a minimum of 45°F in winter to prevent frozen pipes. ❄️
Outdoor Restrictions – No outdoor clotheslines or drying racks are allowed.
Noise – Musical instruments, radios, or TVs should not be played loudly enough to disturb neighbors. 📺🎸
Beach & Tennis Court – These areas are private and reserved only for condominium owners and their guests. Please follow community guidelines when using shared amenities.
Security Cameras – Active security cameras are located in the parking areas and near the dumpster. None are in or around the unit. 📷
Sliding Doors – Be sure the interior sliding door is left unlocked when leaving (to avoid being locked out). The exterior slider may need to be opened fully and shut firmly to latch properly.
Interior Doors – Some interior doors may not fully shut (particularly the bathroom) — please be mindful.
