Our apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway or a business trip. With its excellent exposure, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the modern, stylish decor. The living area, with its large floor-to-ceiling window, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The first-floor apartment, accessible by elevator, consists of:

- A COZY LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for movie nights thanks to the Chromecast TV (Netflix and Disney+ not included) and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- A QUIET BEDROOM: A double bed (140x200cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 3:00 PM using a key box and a smart lock. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the streets near the property.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. Bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Plus, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM. Flexibility may be possible depending on availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, a surcharge of €10 per hour will apply.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
