Upon arrival, I was charged a second time for the room. After confronting the worker he stated he couldn’t see a charge. I showed proof of purchase, manager was not around. Called left VM for manager, no call back. Called again and advised her the situation.

Rude front desk call

Had a rude phone call from desk prior to check in demanding that I pay immediately or my reservation would be canceled, even though when I originally booked I was to pay upon check in. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Couple of tray hairs throughout the room/bed but it happened. My biggest issue was the rude phone call.

Check in time was WAY off.

Check in was supposed to be 3, which would have given us enough time to change and refresh before our concert. Didn’t get into our room until after 5. Our concert was at 630 and we had a 40 minute drive to get to the concert. We had to rush to get changed, no time to freshen up and we missed the first act of the concert we drove 5 1/2 hours to see.

Our stay was for a nearby soccer tournament. The room was clean, newer bedding, soft pillows. The curtains and wallpaper needs updating. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, well stocked. Location to a shopping mall and fast food restaurants are a bonus! Close to highways.

One night stay at this location. Overall, it was ok just for the short stay. However, the hotel needs a lot of upgrading. I wasnt pleased with the cleanliness. There were mice droppings in the cabinets in the dining area. The rooms was t comfortable.

Don’t stay here!

This was the worst hotel stay I ever had. Check in and get a first floor room - ask for that to please be changed as the noise level is typically too much to sleep on first floor with kids, no available rooms to be switched to. Ok fine. Open room door and am over powered by a damp smell. Kid takes shoes off, socks are immediately wet. Bring to attention of front desk - they say they’ll handle next day while we’re out of the room. That wasn’t a problem (it was late). Go to get in bed - dark hair all over one of the beds. I complain “can you sleep on the other bed” is the response I got. The floor was never dried the next day, never vacuumed, nothing. Customer service is not a thing here. I typically spend much more on hotels, so very true get what you pay for. This was a list minute need, so not a lot of choices on a holiday weekend, but never again.

Room was dirty and tubs were yellow. Was told tubs were 13 years old by manager and they couldn’t get any cleaner. Housekeeping did not come to clean and non smoking floor definitely had smokers. Wouldn’t recommend
