We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott Brockton/Easton. First and foremost upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly persons at the front desk. I was amazed at how cleaned, neat and proper the hotel was. The breakfast at Mr. Lovell provided was very good and he also baked and served us assorted cookies which is nicely packaged and is given out upon arrival to the hotel.

Elani at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful. She gave me a quiet room after I told her I work nights and she went out of her way to make me comfortable while I waited for my room to be ready. Incredibly grateful for her. Room was very clean.

The staff here really stood out. We were able to ask them questions about where to go to eat and general about the area question. All 3 days everyone was so kind and enjoyable to speak with. Room, lobby and courtyard area were clean, well taken care of, but the best part was the beautiful tulips in bloom all around the property!

Well, unfortunately, when we booked our stay, hot tub was out of order, it got very hot but the jets were not working and both the pool and the hot tub had a sort of greasy film on top and all around the pool and the pool lining where the water stopped on both the hot tub and the pool,was very dirty. It was actually dis- colored and felt very unclean. The pool area itself felt very dirty even doors had dark dirty handprints where the locks and door handles met it just needed to be cleaned but it was not, we also could not use the Basketball facility because the actual basketball hoop and backboard was completely slanted and tilted so it was unusable. It was sort of sad because we only live about 40 minutes away and we just booked a weekend getaway at this hotel because of all the amenities and when we got there, we were very disappointed unfortunately. I will say that the staff provided us with a nice gift bag full of snacks from the front end and offered us a slight adjustment to our bill which I’m still waiting on.I thought this was very thoughtful and nice but I’m hoping that they go on to fix these issues and improve the facility, especially the pool area and the hot tub because I have read other comments and reviews and I can see that this seems to be an ongoing issue. I want to thank the staff for being so kind in the breakfast area.
