An open kitchen on the same level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 3 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both feature cable television. The third room, which does not include a wardrobe, is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with cable television. A shower room with WC serves this floor, and a 9 m² balcony is accessible from this level.

The top floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning and a 4th bedroom with sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 100 to 280 cm.
