You can experience something in this holiday home in Schönhagen! Here you are offered something for which you otherwise often have to travel for kilometres: Your own swimming pool!



And unlike most other swimming pools, you don't have to share it with strangers, because it's completely private and only available to you. You can reach it without even having to leave the house. From the living room, it's just a few steps to your own swimming paradise: the pool available to you here even has its own water slide and a small, separate children's area. You can enjoy swimming in any weather and at any time of year, with or without sunshine. You can splash, slide and swim to your heart's content. If you want to relax, there is a spacious, luxurious whirlpool right next to the pool, which can accommodate 5-7 people. This is the perfect place to switch off!

And of course the house also has a private sauna. Even when it's 'dirty weather' outside, a varied holiday awaits you in this house!

Ferienhaus in desolaten Zustand!

Leider wurde an der Innenausstattung des Ferienhauses seit langem nichts mehr repariert oder modernisiert. Der Fußboden Belag (Laminat) ist defekt, sodass man hängen bleibt, für Kinder unmöglich in diesem Bereich auf dem Boden zu spielen. Steckdosen Abdeckungen fehlen und die Scheibe vom Kamin ist kaputt, sehr gefährlich mit Kindern! Das Sofa ist zerrissen, sodass die Füllung raus quillt. Der Abfluss des eines Klos scheint defekt, sodass daneben ständig eine Pfütze war. Auch das Mobiliar ist sehr wackelig.... Die tolle Lage und Pool und Sauna können den schlechten Zustand nicht wettmachen. Zudem fühlt man sich veräppelt, wenn man den echten Zustand mit den Hochglanz Fotos vergleicht.
