Ole Blue

Ole Blue is located only minutes from the entrances to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Ole Blue is a modern rustic cabin that features vaulted ceilings and reclaimed support beams from a local factory. It also has modern handmade cabinetry with rustic tin doors, sliding barn doors and beautiful cedar furniture. It is nestled amongst soaring pines and beautiful hardwoods. It will sleep up to a MAXIMUM of 2 guests which is perfect for couples and honeymooners.

The living and bedroom areas are separated by a see-through gas log fireplace with river rock pinning from floor to ceiling. The bedroom has a king size cedar log bed and the bathroom entrance has sliding barn doors and that open to a walk-in shower. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is fully stocked with the essentials you need to cook!



The large covered deck out back features a hot tub, gas grill and small dining area. At night you can enjoy the stars soaking in the hot tub or sitting by the fire pit and roasting s'mores over a roaring fire.

Ole Blue was just right for the two of us. The items used in the construction were unique and made the cabin cozy and quaint. We enjoyed the fireplace and its location. Everything was provided that we needed for our two night stay. We used the hot tub as the evenings were beautiful. We have already decided that we want to make a return visit to the area and will definitely stay in Ole Blue.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled in the heart of nature, the cabin offered a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin was well-maintained and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The living area was cozy, with a fireplace that added to the ambiance, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck while soaking in the serene views of the surrounding woods. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring the area.The location was ideal for those looking to enjoy outdoor activities. We took advantage of the nearby hiking trails and spent some time fishing in Broken Bow Lake. There were also plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore, adding to the experience.Overall, our stay at the cabin was exceptional. The combination of cozy accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and convenient location made for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

10th Anniversary Weekend in the woods!

My husband and I wanted to do something big to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. For months we weighed out options of places to go, things to do before finally settling on a relaxing weekend in the woods - unplugged in Broken Bow. We’ve been several times but always with a large group and a cabin far from town. With this being a big celebration for us, we decided our “must haves” would be - seclusion, close to town/attractions, private hot tub, lots of windows and an open floor plan and low maintenance…. After many, many months of searching we came across this little gem and fell in love! It checked off all of our “Must Haves” and more! Scott and Jennifer were awesome to work with. Scott even took time to help me find a private chef to cook for us (we ended up not being able to do this but hopefully next time. Thank you again so much Scott for your help and quick response). The location was perfect! A short distance from the saloon (busiest nightlife scene in town). The exterior of the property was well lit, directions were easy to follow (my gps took me to the cabin with no problem, but had the directions for backup). From the moment you pull into the driveway you feel like you’re in another world! Walking into the cabin does not disappoint either! As you open the door you’re left speechless by the beautiful floor to ceiling double sided fireplace! The large back porch and the hot tub were wonderful! Very clean, very comfortable! Def recommend and will be back soon!

Comfortable and Clean

This is a fantastic property that is obviously being well taken care of. There was a big snow while we were there and they were taking care to be sure it didn’t cause any issues with the cabin. Everything is just as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay the weekend.

Perfect Get Away!!!
