This brand new Luxury Cabin sits in the heart of Broken Bow - Hochatown, OK with quick and easy access to all the amenities the Beavers Bend area has to offer. The main house includes 2 master suites and 2.5 baths. A third bedroom, offering additional privacy, is just steps away in the detached studio suite. This vacation home is nestled between the towering pines at the end of a small cul-de-sac providing you the privacy and tranquility you are looking for. Whether it's a honeymoon, a family vacation or just a quick getaway, we are certain our cabin will be everything you expect and deserve. Large wooded one plus acre lot with a seasonal stream running in the back of the property allows for a private feel inside and out.

Trout & About has 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 queen plus oversized twin sofa/sleeper in the separate detached studio guest suite. There are a total to 3 full bathrooms and one half. King bedroom #1 has an ensuite bath with a deep oval soaking tub inside a spa-like shower with heated floors. King bedroom #2 has a generous sized walk-in shower. The third full bath has a walk-in shower and is located downstairs in the separate detached guest suite. Towels, body soap, shampoo, condition, and toilet tissue are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator and gas range. The cabin has beautiful custom cabinetry and rich granite countertops, an island bar with four bar stools, and a large dining table that seats six. You'll find the dishes, cookware, spices, stocked coffee bar, flatware, blender, crock pot, and glassware needed to make meal prep easy. A supply of garbage bags, dish washing and dishwasher soap, and paper towels will also be provided. The cabin offers a Webber gas grill for those enjoying outdoor grilling.

The living area as well as the kitchen and dining area have high ceilings and large glass windows bringing in the natural light and allowing for spectacular views of the surroundings. The gas fire place and large leather sectional in the living area make for a cozy place to relax.

Outdoors you'll find a large spacious covered deck that is home to a relaxing hot tub, table and chairs for six, two swivel rocking chairs, sofa, and another cozy gas fire place. Towels for the hot tub are provided. A seasonal stream quietly winds through the back of the property in the spring, and if you like hunting for crystals/rocks, you are in the perfect place. The entire property sits on a bed of quartz and the crystals are abundant. As the day comes to an end you can relax around the fire pit. In fact there are two to choose from and firewood is provided. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the stars.

There is bedding for 7 adults comfortably. However, we do provide two twin size blow up mattresses in case additional sleeping arrangements are necessary. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may result in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

Free Wi-Fi is included. The speed of the fiber provided service is usually fast and reliable but this cannot be guaranteed.

Full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized after every check-out.

Gas fireplaces are operated by timers located on the wall nearby.

Security cameras are located outside directed at exterior entrances only. There are no cameras in the house. The camera on the covered deck is zoomed to the back exterior door entry only. It does not pick up any of the hot tub, furniture, or fireplace area.

Pets are not allowed. We love fur babies too but we have family members that are highly allergic. Bringing your pet will result in an additional fee of $200 per day and/or eviction without refund. Additional cleaning fees may also be assessed.
