A green oasis of relaxation and enjoyment awaits you in the elegant Villa LV in the north of Istria! This modern villa with a spacious garden is the perfect vacation spot for a large family or group of friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people.
This fully air-conditioned villa is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of a modern home. On the upper floor of the house, there are four bedrooms with double beds at your disposal, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a modern kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace, perfect for cozy evening gatherings. There is also a sauna, a fitness room, a wine cellar, and an indoor pool connected to the outdoor heated pool.
In the spacious courtyard, the first thing you will notice is certainly the spacious heated swimming pool with accompanying sunbeds, for all-day enjoyment in the warm Mediterranean sun. In the garden, you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a terrace with a table for 10 people, as well as a lounge area for sipping your morning coffee in peace and quiet. On the roof of the villa there is a sundeck and a jacuzzi, while in the greenery of the garden, you will find a playground and a trampoline.
