Well designed small holiday suite for 5. We stayed one night but it would have been fine for longer. Welcome pack didn't include soap for hand washing, so I am glad I read previous reviews and came prepared.

Didn’t like much, i heard AFTER i booked and paid that I had to make the bed, that I had to take tow er ls, that there was no reception staff and that I had to tidy up, strip the beds and take out the rubbish. That’s like a lot of work for what I paid. The sofa was so badly worn out that I didn’t want to sit on it. Pretty rubbish all in all.

Once we arrived we noticed there weren’t any towels or washcloths. Upon looking at literature in the room we discovered there is an extra charge for towels. This seems ridiculous since everyone needs towels! I have never seen this before

The check-in instructions could have been clear. What we got was just a bunch of lock codes that's it, but when we reached there it wasn't clear where to park the car, where to enter lock codes. An email with details around check-in steps would have been appreciated. The stay was comfortable, and apartment was very clean.
