Safe areas plenty of restaurants in the immediate location of the hotel and it is very close to the sites of Bruges. Room was clean and functional and the staff were excellent.

The hotel is in a really good location,I had a really nice attic room to myself on the 4th floor,the staircase up was a little steep so wouldn’t recommend if struggle with mobility. The bed was really comfy,I had a lovely bath,TV was huge and it was safe and quiet. There was a few furnishings that needed some small repair just mainly cosmetic things,but I wasn’t too bothered as the price and location was really good. Staff were very nice and helpful The only issue was that on the second night there was a concert on for students outside the hotel that went on until 1am and was really loud and noisy so did not sleep,this obviously was no fault of the hotel but if had known in advance could have got some ear plugs,other than that was a very pleasant stay,thankyou Would stay again if visiting Bruges.

The hotel has a lot of potential but is in desperate need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the curtains and carpets in the room were stained, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The balcony was also littered with cigarette butts left behind by previous guests, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal — everything we needed was within a 10-minute walk, which was perfect for us as we don’t drive. I would also like to mention the receptionist, who was absolutely lovely, always pleasant, and happy to greet us throughout our stay. To be completely honest, if I had been staying in Bruges for longer than a couple of days, I would have looked for another hotel, as the smell in the bathroom was quite off-putting. However, considering the reasonable price and overall comfort of the room, it was manageable for a short stay. Bruges is a beautiful city, and the people were hospitable - I would definitely recommend everyone should come at least once in a lifetime!

Awful Service and room

This was the worst hotel we stayed in out of 15 hotels we used for our trip, including hostels. Room 43 was a health and safety risk as it was damp and fousty, and smelt awful. The receptionist was indifferent to our complaint and no other rooms were available. The manager was not available either. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking into another hotel. and had to leave. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a great stop that was close to the bus stop and the city center. The lady who greeted us upon arrival went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcomed and giving us all the recommendations. She was spot on!! Upon leaving, she was the same. The only thing bad was that the air conditioning in room 104 did not work. Luckily there was a fan in the room and the weather outside was nice enough we were able to sleep with the windows open

Staff very friendly. Large room with kingsize bed and single bed. Very clean and comfortable. The room had a small fridge. The bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bath with a shower attachment. It was lovely to have a large mirror and a double sink too. Only thing that let the room down was that the shower door was missing and as a result area around shower was being affected by the water.

Room was in terrible shape- marks all over the carpets and walls, tv didn’t work, tiny window which faced a brick wall and the bathroom window facing directly into someone else’s window with no blind. Our friends stayed there too and lived their room, had a balcony and lots of natural light and a working tv- we paid the same amount of money as them, I booked both at the same time. Asked to move to a similar room and was refused. Good location, good shower.

We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel.
