Room clean, but daily clean took place quite late in afternoon 4 or so, but it probably depends where your room is in cleaning rota. For those who like a tea, bring kettle and supplies, though some reviews say you can ask for a kettle. Bring your own shelves, chairs & somewhere to unpack your suitcase & put things - & we'd paid for 'great'/exec room. Laminate off tables in breakfast room shows a lack of care & need for repair. Staff we dealt with bright & smiley & position in town really good, but if driving watch out for getting permissions for car/road use before travel & avoiding some streets in day.

Excellent location that is close to everything including the Christmas markets and walking Christmas light trail. The hotel was very nice and quiet with excellent amenities. The parking garage was great and fit a Jeep Cherokee with no issues. Highly recommend

Excellent central location & short walking distance to attractions, shopping & restaurants. The hotel & room were both clean and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable; happily assisted with scheduling taxi transportation to the train station. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend selecting the breakfast option. Items were fresh & there was an abundance of options. There is also a self-check/pay area for snacks & beverages in the lobby area. Would definitely stay here again!

If location is your thing this is the hotel for you, best location in Bruge for shopping and sightseeing, friendly staff, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast the only downside is that most of the rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise would definitely recommend this hotel.
