dirty room, sheets stained with makeup on the pillow case. restaurant was technically open but nobody was working so i could never order food. options were extremely limited and i had to uber eats everything. loud. could hear every time someone walked by in the hallway which made it hard to sleep.

5 Stars – Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The entire property was spotless, and the room was incredibly spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The staff was warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

My stay at the Four Points Sheraton-Brunswick was excellent. From check in to check out, I have zero complaints. The front desk manager, Shana (I think was her name), was very thorough and friendly, providing great customer service. My room was clean and comfortable. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I was only there for one night, but definitely was pleased with my stay.
