The Space:
Home away from home right in the heart of Brunswick!
This spacious home is located in the heart of the city, convenient to shops, restaurants, the hospital, FLETC and the islands. It's a 3 minute drive to the hospital, less than 5 minutes to FLETC, 8 minutes to downtown Brunswick and 20 minutes to the beaches of St. Simons where you can enjoy the surf and sand!
It has a very large, fully-fenced yard with a fire pit and barbecue, an extra storage shed, and an exercise/entertainment room. There is also a dedicated workspace in case you need to work while traveling.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for any chef that is staying for just a few days or an extended time period.
The best part...this home is pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along with you!
Note:
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $180 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Feels like home.
We felt welcome from the moment we walked in and there were lights and fans left on for us. The house was very roomy and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. We could only figure out the large TV but that seems to be the case for us in a lot of places. Perhaps some written instruction might help the next non-tech people. The only issue for us was the bed, the beds where very soft and we prefer a harder mattress.

Very Nice Stay
I was there for 4 nights and everything was just as advertised. The checkin was flawless, communication with the host was prompt and clear, and the house was in great condition. There are 5" steps between several of the rooms, but after the first day, they weren't an issue. There's good parking under a carport, and the yard was nice and big, fully fenced and had a nice firepit. Thoroughly enjoyable!
