STAFF: much friendly, courteous, friendly. They offered me tips on getting around and others during my stay. Theo, a young man, was an angel and great help at each breakfast. Ewa and Pablo entertained me with the chats. They are wonderful staff member. ROOM: I was given a room with bed and bathroom separated by a dangerous wooden staircases. Seniors with weak legs could note about this and be sure to request not to assigned to this room. You could change room at the desk. Bathroom door was defected and could not be closed; I didn't mind since I traveled solo. BREAKFAST: Plenty of choices. Theo is always helpful in everything. LOCATION: Excellent location. 5 min. walk from central train/metro stations and Grand Place. In middle of all the bustling activities, plenty of restaurants and giftshops.

Loved this hotel! I highly recommend. Great location, great room, very friendly staff, amazing recommandations from Eduardo at the front desk, easy to discover Brussels from, abundant quality restaurant within 3 minute walk. Perfect healthy bowls in the restaurant right in front.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We had an issue with the toilet not working properly which they did not fix while we were still there, the air conditioning was also not operating. Bathroom was a bit tired, grout was not clean. Room was a good size and nice view.

Alma hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town, walkable to most places. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the room warm and cosy.

The location was excellent, very close to Grand Place. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The room was roomy and clean. There is a nice door that opens to view the street below. There is some noise from the restaurant below at night, but not enough to stop me from booking again. It was a lovely stay!
