Terrible experience — avoid this hotel! I stayed here and the air conditioning in my room didn’t work at all. The room temperature was over 90 degrees, and no one was available to come up and fix it. When I complained, the front desk attendant admitted they already knew the AC in that room was broken but gave it to us anyway because no other rooms were available — despite the fact that I booked this stay three months in advance! The manager promised me a refund for that night, but that was a lie — I never got it. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never stay here again and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Nice room we had, really comfy after a day or sightseeing! We slept well! The elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. We stayed at the hotel during a very hot week so wasn’t much aircon in the lobby but had it in our room! Yummy breakfast too!

Great location nearby various tourist attractions. The parking was convenient and affordable which is sometimes hard to find in Europe. Not sure if they are short staffed but we were prompted to only check in after 3pm. We arrived at about 2:50pm and there was a long line to check in. When they finally assisted us, they told us to wait a few minutes for them to give us room keys and they would grab us. We waited about 30 minutes (at this point it was after 3pm obviously) and no one reached out to us but saw other guests who arrived after us were getting room keys so I had to ask again about the room keys. Luckily after that the rooms were available.
