Great hotel - situated on the 9 subway so very easy to get around. Rooms are small. Very well done but small. Pool area is reservation only - again small. But cool that you have that all to your self. Staff very friendly and made the experience great! Thank you.

Checking in was a breeze and the person who checked us in was very nice. I reserved two suites because we gave my sister and her husband the trip as a gift. When I walked into my suite….I was mind blown!!! I could not believe my eyes!! It was so incredible!! I literally could not get over the suite!! Yes, it was spotless but my goodness, the suite was incredible!! Then I went to see my sister’s suite and again, my jaw hit the floor!! I felt like royalty!!! The hotel is just beyond words.

We had a wonderful stay- the hotel was so convenient to the the central station, but still in a really cute area (sometimes close to train stations is a little sketchy). The staff were lovely, the room was great and had plenty of space.

The room was very large, but the kitchen was a bit dated. I know the room is supposed to be true to the period, but the kitchen had no utensils or microwave, but it did have an oven. The front desk staff was truly great. Housekeeping also did a nice job. The hotel was a bit difficult to find as even our taxi driver sent us the wrong way as the hotel can't be accessed during the majority of the day as it become a pedestrian zone. Well situated. Super close to museums, train station, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Good sized room with plenty of storage space. Friendly staff. Great breakfast - lovely waitress. We were in the new wing which did mean having to go outside briefly to cross the tiny courtyard but once inside it was warm enough that we never needed to put the heating on although it was December.
