Excellent location, but the hotel is shoddy. Picture in the listing is not the hotel lobby; it is the upstairs portion of the restaurant next door. Place had a bit of a mildew smell, nasty red carpet, exhausted beds with dirty pillowcases (hair). No AC in room. We left the property immediately after seeing our room. Receptionist told us that she would authorize a refund from Expedia, but when I attempted to get the refund, they refused. Definitely do not recommend this hotel even though it is in a very good location.

Hotel location is located in the center of all major attractions. The only thing bad was the authentic restaurant in the hotel smell of food in your room and sometimes there is demonstrations right outside the hotel to 11 PM at night.

Great location

Great location. Walking distance to sights, restaurants, and the Central Station. If you have a view of Bourse, it is a great view, although you will hear what is going on in the square. The noise wasn't too bad, but if you are a light sleeper, or business traveller, you may want the other side of the hotel. We had an Elite room. Bed was upstairs, and bathroom was downstairs, so something to consider if that matters to you.

Amazing location, close to everything and only 0 min from central station, moments from Grand Plaza. This is a hidden gem. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I was going to be very picky I would say I didn’t love the carpeting (needs updating). But the location was completely worth it!

Road travel is a challenge

Nice hotel once we found it. Nobody at the hotel was able to verbally direct us and it wasn't a language issue. Brussels is a horrible place to try and drive in. Loads of one way street often contradicting an ability to get around. Unless you live there location is crazy. People were very friendly but they are very careless drivers on Bikes, Mopeds, Scooters and cars. No patience at all.

Great location and that's it.

The hotel was going under renovations so wasn't clean or tidy. The room was ok and enough room for 3 persons. The location is ideal as it's right in the heart of the city. Although the staff in general were friendly, when we asked for extra tea/coffee for the room, they didn't provide any.
