Regularly stay here as it is in a quiet location, yet convenient for all of the Brussels sights. Clean, tidy and quiet with well designed but simply furnished rooms. Check in easy and reception staff helpful and friendly.

When I checked in, there was an old man at the counter. He was so rude. I will never return again even if they offer free room. Worst experience.The location is not very close to the central station, but is within walking distance.

Great location and feels pretty safe staying here. A few minutes walk to the major points of interest. The room is clean and modern, the breakfast is excellent. The room is tight and you won’t be able to open your large luggage, that’s the only downside to me.

The staff was great, room comfortable, walking distance to great food, shops and sights. We came while having cold weather and room was just too warm! Had a nice window but didn’t give enough air. Looked like there was a thermostat but maybe turned off.

We appreciated the early checkin at 11am; the staff were super helpful. Although I’ve experienced greater breakfast choice, what was offered was very well prepared; the eggs were, for me, perfect - semi soft.
