The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

In all honestly, expecting guests to give up their email and phone number to access wifi is a step too far. Your desire for ad revenue and selling personal information should not disrupt the stay. We are already bombarded with so much spam, last thing we need is to further enable that. Otherwise, amazing place!

Mixed experience overall. Large room, friendly staff, great breakfast But – room not ready at check in, while offered a hot drink we were then forgotten about, room thermostat was broken and kept heating the room ever warmer and the auto downlighters for the accessible room (we didn’t need an accessible room) kept waking everyone up each time someone got up to use the bathroom overnight.

Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Lots of cafes and bars around and on a main bus route into Brussels Centre (its a nice walk into the centre, but the hills on the way back out can be tiring). Would have no hesitation staying again.

Staff were really accommodating and friendly, there was a good amount of games to occupy the children in the communal area, which was vibrant and welcoming. Great music and vibe. Great location with good transport links and restaurants/cafes. A short walk to city centre. Room clean and refreshed daily, although carpet could've been better vacuumed as visibly dusty and pieces of food / hair from previous guests. Great room layout though storage was lacking especially for a family. Would stay again and recommend Moxy.
