Such a wonderful stay! 7 mins from the airport with the hotel free shuttle. The room was spacious and super clean (two queen beds + baby crib). Good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were available in big bottles. A toothpaste for the kids + lofa were provided as well (such a lovely gesture ❤️). Would definitely stay there again during our next visit to Brussels.

The front desk staff was amazing, helpful and so welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was a plus. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of breads, hot food, salad ingredients, pastries, fresh fruit juices and shots. There was also a good assortment of jams, yogurts, fruits, cereals, and more. Will definetly return. Oh and Deborah (from Spain) at the front desk was exceptionally nice, had great customer service skills. I think she will do some amazing things for the company if given the chance.

Great for early morning flight.

We staye there overnight before an early morning flight out of Brussels. The room was very comfortable, the staff was courteous and the shuttle the next morning was very convenient.

We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, but it was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our time in Belgium. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was so quiet. It was a great way to end our first trip to Belgium.

This hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The train station to downtown Brussels is just across the street. I would give this property a 100 star rating. We had a great experience.

3' walk from Diegem train station across street - very frequent trains to downtown Brussels stations. Easy checkin. Good shower. Quiet. Staff pretty helpful. Be sure to register for free shuttle to airport. Biggest complaint is no free coffee downstairs in morning.
