Quick check in, polite Staff & we appreciated the midday check out time. The Coffee bar is also a nice touch and the coffee is great! Unfortunately, the fact the air con resets automatically to eco mode even when repeatedly turned down, means the Hotel loses a star. We stayed on the 17th Floor - heat rises, so our room was far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We asked at Reception how to fix this and followed their instructions but the air con still reset every time we manually turned it down. I appreciate that the Hotel is conscious about being as eco friendly as possible but the air con should never be locked at a certain temperature - this isn’t fair for your guests. Also, there were no face cloths provided in the bathroom… something we have never come across before in any other Hotel and this is an inconvenience.

The room was beautifully designed but I am afraid it felt a bit style over substance: there was nowhere to hang your coat or put your bag and extras were sparse - I would have expected a fluffy bathrobe for the price. Breakfast was ok-ish on both days with both the poached egg and the scrambled eggs clearly pre-cooked as one was cold and the other room temperature. Overall, disappointing given the room cost and not good value for money.

We stayed in The Biggy Room. It was so lovely and comfortable. Amazing view of Brussels City from the 18th floor. Everyone was very warm and helpful who worked at the hotel. The breakfast room service wasn’t very nice but aside from that it was a really great stay. A request would be it would be extra lovely if they provided robes and slippers in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton with our friends while visiting! The rooms were extremely spacious, and the entire hotel has such a beautiful charm. We were on the top floor and the views were fantastic. The location was great, and the staff were absolutely incredible throughout our stay. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar for great food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beautiful in North Bruxelles! The hotel is excellent - amazing room, very comfortable, friendly and very welcoming staff, not to mention very helpful in terms of providing suggestions on what to do in town. It also has a nice rooftop restaurant "Tope", which was equally as amazing. Only drawback (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is the surrounding area, which can feel rather unsafe to walk around (especially at night), and especially the North Brussels station (which is the closest station to the hotel). Otherwise, the hotel is 10/10.

The room was very comfortable but I struggled to sleep due to constant sirens all night. Hard to do much about that but worth noting if you're a light sleeper like me. I'd thought the area was okay but when going to Nord station early in the morning for work meetings, it was very dirty and I didn't feel particularly safe as a young woman on my own. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast 'bag' could have been explained to me so I knew I could have a cheap breakfast to take on the go. I also paid a steep price per night and the costs of food, coffee etc was quite high at The Hoxton. If that's not a problem for you, it's a trendy and comfortable hotel with hip amenities and helpful staff.

Great few nights in Brussels

Overall a really nice stay with the rooftop bar and restaurant below. The tastiest tacos I have had in a long while and delicious cocktails and breakfast. The one downside is the hotel is not closer to the city centre. It's about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place.
