La nuit à The Hotel était superbe, la vue à couper le souffle, on n'avait presque pas envie d'y dormir. Le personnel était à notre service, mais stressé par une clientèle trop exigeante et des managers toxiques et trop exigeants, ce qui dénaturait les échanges avec eux lorsque j'en ai eu, mais ils ont toujours été le plus serviables possible, surtout lorsqu'ils étaient nouveaux. Les clients israéliens n'arrêtaient pas de parler de la guerre et des palestiniens de tous les noms, ce qui n'a pas amélioré la tranquilité de notre séjour. Les israéliens n'ont jamais été des clients respectueux des employés

Terrible customer service

If all you care about is location, then stay here. If you’re remotely interested in getting any customer service, then avoid at all costs. This hotel has tried to eliminate any and all human interaction in an effort to save a buck. They don’t even want to interact with you at check in. And god forbid you have a question because there’s no one to speak to. They pretend to have a WhatsApp phone number to text with but there’s no one there to answer. It’s an AI bot and when you repeatedly ask to speak to a person, it’ll tell you someone will be with you shortly. I had a question about room service, which wasn’t working and they didn’t respond to me for TWELVE hours. When I complained they said they don’t have anyone working there on the weekends, yet they don’t tell their guests this important information. When I complained, it was very clear they didn’t care even the slightest. Terrible service, which is such a shame for a hotel in such a great area and with great views. Never again.

Stayed 2 nights here after 2 nights in Bruges. First time in both and while I knew what i was expecting in Bruges (thanks to one of my fav movies 😉), Brussels was a bit of an unknown. The Hotel was such a great place in a great location. Check in and out was online and our room on the 14th floor had great views of the city. The only gripe was the bathroom isn’t totally private. I knew this but my partner wasnt keen on the set up. Room was spotless and the central console for the lights and black out blinds was handy. I used the new technogym which was only upgraded in March past so all the equipment was as new. Enough machines and weights to tick over on your stay. The spa was like new too and though I didn’t pay for any treatments, i used the steam room and sauna, included in our stay. Buffet Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice for all. If we return to Brussels the The Hotel would certainly be revisited.

Best food - some room for improvement elsewhere

Great views - hotel installed new shower doors which had the water go well into the toilet area which was gross. Had to change rooms a couple times and the room cards were not keeping up so had to keep running to reception. Food is excellent but get to breakfast early because it is very small and you may have to sit on the outside couch to eat. Beautiful hotel, Anne from reception was lovely and helpful. The lounge on the 24th floor is absolutely wonderful and well worth it with tasty snacks and drinks on offer.

Just an amazing hotel in the greatest location in Brussels and within walking distance of the many great attractions, restaurants and bars. Just wake up a bit later on Sunday am as it’s quite lively in front of the hotel from the Saturday night life.

Amazing views from the room. Access to the spa and panoramic lounge were a bonus, with probably one of the best views from a sauna. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return on our next visit to Brussels.
