The lodge is a gorgeous place. Staff friendly and services are great. No air conditioning in rooms, so you need to book in cooler weather.
We would go back.
Restaurant at the location not the best, we order some sandwiches with no mayo, we got mayo. Now the rooms has no AC units, no TV, internet poor. The rest is awesome, easy access to trails, quiet, nice room service. If you want a location to fet away from everything this is the location for you.
Great location but needs some help. At the price point you should have a bed that is remotely comfortable. Horrible bed. Staff is great and place is clean. We survived with no ac so be aware when traveling during summer

Parking is far from cabins/rooms so make sure everything has wheels and some surface are not even so watch out to avoid tripping. No AC in the room, they have a fan but theyre old and loud. Unfortunately room needs updating especially mattresses are over used already but pillows were good. The bathroom is outdated but if you are looking for nature and dont mind the comfortability of hotels then this is a good place. However being inside the national park is exceptionally beautiful. The walk to the view of the canyon is breath taking. Being its nature, there are lots of horse and other creatures feces and urine smell.
Will come back to Bryce but will not stay in the lodge again.

The property was in the perfect location. Most trails were right outside our cabin. The staff was not the friendliest or most helpful.
My mom and I stayed in a western cabin and we absolutely LOVED our stay! The cabin was so cute, very quiet, and easily in walking distance to the main lodge, pizza, coffee, and the amphitheater. We did an entire Grand Circle road trip and Bryce was hands down one of our favorite stops! We loved everything about our stay here. Don’t forget to check out the stars at night. :)

Rooms are dated. To be expected, but for $420 a nights expected better accommodations.
You can’t beat the location. We stayed on the second floor of the sunset lodge hotel, corner room with a great view thru the pines of the sunset. A short walk to the rim with spectacular views of the hoodoos. The room itself was okay as the shower tub had discolored grout and a light was falling off the wall. They were kind enough to spray down the shower with disinfectant to kill any mold/mildew. And tried to fix the light but it fell out of the wall again. Not having A/C was bearable with the use of a fan plus cool nights. Staff was very kind and friendly. Dinner at the lodge was fantastic- had the tuna appetizer, trout and salmon mains- yum!!!

Outstanding stay- clean, so convenient, beautiful property, steps from the canyon!
The room is very dark even after turning on all the lights. And the bathroom isn’t cleaned well especially the vinyl wall next to the bathtub. There’s black stains stuck around the handle bar and around the drain area.
The restaurant’s vegan options were good and the waiter was attentive. But our dining experience was ruined from the very beginning by the hostess who couldn’t communicate in English properly. She insisted to sit us in a very busy traffic area even after we had asked to sit on the empty table by the window. Then we waited for like 20 minutes before our waiter found us and he said he thought we sitting in a different spot. After ordering the food I finally couldn’t stand the busy traffic that waiters pass by us all the time so I asked another male host to change our table. He helped us to a new table and said he didn’t see why we couldn’t sit by the window which made me wonder the actual reason the first hostess refused our request at all.
Another thing is that they obviously don’t intend to keep your things nor reach to you if you forget and left some belongings behind which is what happened to me.
The lodge at Bryce Canyon is a national park’s lodge with a very good location to access to the canyons and the daily price is not cheap at all but it does feel like a two star motel regarding the cleanliness and the quality of service. It’s a very disappointing experience.
It's a great place to discover Bryce Canyon! Centrally located, everything within walkable distance, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are great too. Can only recommend this if you want a hassle free experience of the park. Great hikes.
The restaurant food was horrible nd you dont have any other options, but the worse part is that there are no Wifi in any of the cabins, you had to use the Lobby Wifi to check up emails ir any problems at work
