Luxury Lakeview Cabin with Hot Tub and Game Room!

Summary:

Welcome to your mountain escape! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 4000 sq ft cabin on 3 acres is built with Oak timber frame beams and overlooks Fontana Lake. Perfect for families or groups, it features a hot tub, chef’s kitchen, game room, and spacious living areas. Bring your boat, paddleboard, or canoe to enjoy the community marina. Just 25 minutes to downtown Bryson City, 30 minutes to Harrah’s Casino and Cherokee, and 10 minutes to top WNC trails.



The Space:

Upstairs: Twin-over-twin bunk bedroom with full bath, queen bedroom with full bath, and a cozy lounge area. Both bedrooms have private balconies.



Main Level: Master bedroom with queen bed, master bath featuring tub and tile shower, and an open kitchen/living area. Enjoy the screened-in porch, grill, large outdoor deck, and half bath.



Lower Level: Queen bedroom and king bedroom with Tempur-Pedic mattress sharing a full bath that opens to a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and granite countertop. Includes game room, living area with TV, and twin-over-twin bunk.



Outside: Firepit with lake and mountain views, seating for 8.



Guest Access:

Guest's will have access to the entire Cabin, except the wine cellar and the Sauna which is not currently functioning.



Other Things to Note:

Please bring your own K-Cups for the coffee maker. Fireplaces are closed from May through October. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle for stays between December and April.



CAUTION: The gas stovetop requires manual lighting. To use it, run the gas and immediately use the long-nose lighter to ignite the burner. If it does not light instantly, turn the gas off and wait several minutes for it to clear before trying again.



All garages, sheds, crawlspaces, and maintenance or mechanical areas—both interior and exterior—are strictly off-limits. Please stay away from any areas containing home maintenance equipment or lawn care products.



By booking this reservation, you consent to waiving any liability regarding these restricted areas, including crawlspaces, the area under the deck, and outdoor mechanical equipment like the HVAC system.



If you need access to any of these areas, please message us first to make arrangements.



Groups exceeding 10 guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night.



Seasonal Note:

Because the cabin is in a natural, wooded area, you may occasionally see insects. In the winter, ladybugs are especially common around windows and warm areas. They are harmless, but a few may find their way inside despite regular cleaning. Thank you for your understanding!
