Upon check-in we noticed that the air conditioning and air didn’t work in the room. We went to the front desk and asked if it could be fixed and left for a couple of hours only for it not to be taken care of. When going back to the front desk about 4 hours later, they didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t fixed and weren’t willing to switch the room for us. They told me to go back to the room and wait. With a 3 year old and it already being past 10 PM, we had to reach out to Expedia in order for any action to be taken. If the staff would have been helpful we would have had a great stay but instead it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could be. On the plus side the breakfast was 10 out of 10!

Very nice hotel right by the Bucharest Otopeni airport, making it very convenient if you have a flight at the crack of dawn. There is a restaurant on premises, with interesting choices, but they close at 11 PM. The rooms are modern, very clean. The bathroom could be stocked with some washcloths ( there were only hand and bath towels )

A great choice for airport access, but if you need to get into town, you have plenty of options : bus, train, taxi. Staff is helpful, coffee is good, restaurant can use a more local food menu. I stay there every time before I fly and it's always been a nice stay.
