The hotel is close to the starting point for a lot of tours, so it's very handy for me.
I booked the Cozy Urban room and it's not like the photo - it doesn't have the big window. I had a room with two small narrow windows that faced out to brick walls, you don't get any light into the room whatsoever. The room is also lid by very dimmed lights so I found it very hard to see anything, to pack, read, etc. I had to use my phone's flashlight. It had very small reading lights but not particularly useful - you'd have to bring what you're reading, packing, etc to it. A bit of a nightmare for my stay.
My room was right by the lift and I had the instant worry it's gonna be noisy, but it was ok, didn't hear much noise other than groups of people passing through on occasions.
You get a small bottle of water in the room, which is handy as it's 30c+ everyday when I was there, but you only one for each night you're staying, you won't get another even if you ask, I tried. Luckily there's coffee shops etc just down the road, a few minutes away.
The 4 stars are for the location and decent room size. One star taken away for it being a very, very, very dark room (unlike the picture with a big window).
