Very nice hotel in the centre of Bucharest. Close to lots of restaurants and bars, and many of the sights. A bit loud at night for an older adult, but great for the younger generation.

Good hotel in the heart if Bucaresti

The hotel is quaint on a pedestrian street of cafes and bars. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable.the only issue could be for anyone coming witb large bags(this was not our case) as tbe taxi drop off is 200m from the hotel. Otherwise, this hotel has wonderful young staff who are eager to assist you and make the stay enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay, staff were lovely and welcoming when we arrived and helped with bags. The hotel doesn’t have a lift so luggage was a problem for my older parents. Beautifully restored and maintained historic property where each room was unique and well thought through. The only issue I have is that I was staying in the Nautic room which has a beautiful large space with lovely themed details and stunning bathroom that has a clear window into the bedroom. It leaves you very exposed when in the bathroom as there are no blinds or way to tint the glass so that everyone else doesn’t have to see you go about your business. The Maroc room where my parents stayed had no such issues and they loved the decor and ambiance and facilities.

Fab hotel with lovely and helpful staff, and Tommy the resident cat, the rooms are themed, lovely decor, plentiful breakfast, In the heart of the old town but not on a noisy street. Would totally recommend it.

Staff very friendly and informative right from the get go. Recieved an upgrade without asking and the hotel arranged a blue taxi to the airport on our departure. Would highly recommend this hotel in the centre of the old town

The Best Staff ever

Once I got to the Mansion it was very unique and clean. But what stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was from the time I got my booking notification. They arranged a nice tour and not expensive, upgraded my room, had answers for me with a smile, offered to help with luggage, and since my flight was at 6 AM offered to pack me a free breakfast. Truly the best and friendliest service team I’ve ever had.

Room was big enough would definitely not stay on a Friday or Saturday as even though had a quiter room couldstill hear and feel vibration from the clubs. Excellent location, friendly anf helpful staff. Room upgrade on arrival to extremely comfortable, carpeted reception and bedroom with veranda. Breakfast which was included offered buffet hot and cold options with plenty of drinks. Will definitely come back

Good hotel and helpful staff. Room was comfy but bath hadn’t been cleaned properly. Really good location, but was a bit noisy in the evenings with the nearby bars.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Arranged car service to and from hotel/airport at a very good rate. Room upgrade at a great price. Only thing to be aware of is that old town is loud - so if you are a light sleeper you may want to stay in another part of Bucharest. I had no problem sleeping. No elevators but staff took luggage up to room. I would definitely stay here again. Again - wonderful staff.
