Welcoming and comfortable, located on the central ring of the city, ideal for those traveling for business or tourism, the apartment is clean and well maintained with modern furniture and simple but elegant decor.
It has a private balcony that offers a beautiful view of the city and is perfect for enjoying a coffee or tea in peace. There is also a green shared terrace on the roof of the block, which is a great place to admire the sunsets or to spend summer evenings outdoors.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, it is equipped with a nice table and comfortable chairs for serving meals. The bedroom is spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The living room, equipped with an extendable sofa and smart TV, accessorized with good taste, is a perfect place for relaxation and socializing, combining comfort, elegance and functionality. The bathroom is modern, with a walk-in shower, equipped with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel and other accessories necessary to make guests feel comfortable.
