Borgo La Casina consists of two stone farmhouses and are located within an organic farmhouse, renovated with great care and love for detail, a beautiful location in the Chianti hills in a charming natural setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday as well as being a good starting point for visiting Tuscany, in particular Chianti, Cortona, Arezzo or an excursion to Umbria on Lake Trasimeno.
The two cottages are surrounded by a large open space (approx. 20000sqm), part of which is fenced off by ancient walls protected by the Belle Arti.
The villa has an outdoor swimming pool (dim. 5x12 h. 1,50) in the highest part - 80cm in the lowest part) - fenced - with outdoor shower and foot wash basin, equipped with sun umbrellas, wrought iron gazebo and deck chairs, a brick barbecue, garden furniture for dining and outdoor living.
Both farmhouses are furnished with rustic furniture combined with antiques that add to their charm and atmosphere. Possibility of a cook and domestic help (to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid for on the spot). Access to the house via 150 m of unpaved private road. Parking within the property uncovered for 10 cars.
