The hotel was located in the best location and was spotless clean with heated floors in the BR. The staff in the dining area were very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff/receptionist area needs better customer service. They were not happy looking and courteous, they were more focus looking at the computer more than anything else.🤔

Hotel was perfect. Location was right opposite St Stephen’s and central to everything. We had a room facing the square which was amazing. Reception staff & operations manager were fantastic & so helpful. Could do enough for you.
