The beds were very old , not comfortable, in bad condition. The price is very expensive. It's not really hotel. This is apartments next street after the hotel. Not at a 5 or 4 star level.

A great stay. It would have been a 5 star review expect the water pressure in our shower was very low. The beds were also exceptionally firm - I like a firm mattress but this was another level that left our hips and shoulders hurting after a night of sleep. Great location though, lovely staff, beautiful lobby and a nice stay.

disappointment

The experience could have been a lot better. Upon arrival we were offered the "upgrade" to the room. The upgraded room , however, happened to be with not working hot/ cold water shower over the bathtub . The hot/ cold water switched by itself and caused skin burning once so we had to stop using that shower. The room itself faced the Atrium and had the noise coming from restaurant from early morning. The dinner service was tried twice and was slow and the food was too salty every time. At check-out , the reception made a number mistakes in the final bill. Overall, it is sad as the hotel has a great potential that is not utilised.

The most beautiful hotel

One of the most beautiful and ornate hotels I've ever stayed in. Gorgeously presented and as clean as anywhere I've ever been. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. I'm going back to see more of Budapest and I know where I'm staying!!

The hotel located in a very vibrant area and good for central reach , I am disappointed with 1, had to change room from inner facing window to out facing , 2. Even I paid for upgrade of he new room was smaller and smell of cigarette and very dusty , 3,you pay for spa but steam not working for 2 days , on arrival they said I should expect amenity but had to remind them and they delivered 24 hrs later a bottle of Prosecco but we do t drink :) , I just gave up and didn’t say anything after

An excellent choice of hotel.

Perfect location, beautiful spacious room, excellent staff and customer service from all the staff. Gorgeous building. In walking distance of all the main sights. Metro very cute and trams superb, both within a minute or three of the hotel.
