The hotel is beautiful. I paid a little extra for spa access and was able to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and comfortable but the carpet, and crown molding need a little updating. Overall, I love this hotel, and would stay there again. The staff members were very nice, and extremely helpful, and professional.

Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted before guest check in. Spa area in the hotel was well arranged and a great addition for us, even if the saunas were a little busy. The food offering at the hotel is excellent, with several dining options. There are also a number of other good options very close by. Travel links are excellent, with a taxi rank outside and the main tram line. The metro is also a 5 minute walk away. On the whole, I’d recommend.

Lovely hotel and very good situated. There is significant issue with room smell from the cuisine in some areas. The staff at the executive lounge and reception was very friendly. The pastry chef is exceptional. Breakfast and food are as a 5 star hotel must be. Spa is very good but when busy there is no place for all.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Corinthia to celebrate his Birthday. The hotel is beautiful and all staff were so pleasant and helpful. The dining staff were exceptionally kind when we dined in the Atrium making our experience truly memorable. We were upgraded to an executive room on arrival which had a balcony and I'd like to say a big thank you to Eric Pere also for accomodating a lovely little surprise for my partner's birthday. Every member of staff we had contact with were great and the spa is not to be missed. Room cleanliness was maintained well by housekeeping during our stay and facilities in the room were good with complimentary water, toiletries and even an iron in the room. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre but plenty of transport in the area and shops, cafes etc nearby. Thank you for a wonderful experience
